What we do

KNStrouse Properties, LLC develops and operates Cartoply — appointment-scheduling software used by HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping and other home service companies to take bookings online and route each job to the right technician.

We also take bookings through Cartoply ourselves. Our public booking page is cartoply.com/org/knstrouse-properties-llc.

Appointment text messages

Customers who book an appointment with us can choose to receive text message updates about that appointment. Consent is collected on our booking page above, where the phone number is entered — this website does not collect phone numbers and does not sign anyone up for messages.

Messages are limited to four transactional notices per appointment: a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, and notices if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. There is no marketing, and consent is not required to book. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
